QUESTION: THE U.S. GOVERNMENT HAS PUT A FREEZE ON NEW SOLAR PROJECTS ON PUBLIC LAND UNTIL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS CAN BE STUDIED, WHICH IS EXPECTED TO TAKE ABOUT TWO YEARS. WHAT PART, IF ANY DID PRESSURE FROM THE OIL COMPANIES PLAY IN THIS DECISION?

ANSWER: Children, there is a hold on solar power development in order to look at the prospective of cost versus output profits.

For those who do not wish to miss profits, corporate America, who has "been dragging its feet", in the production of alternative power sources, are now afraid of having missed the opportunity.

There are many individuals who have seen the profit and potential in Solar Power development. And, they have moved forward and are ready to produce in a big way.

Those who have tried to control these developments and continue with the old fossil fuels, are now looking at the fact that they are not current with the demands. They are ones to have given a lot of money to keeping status quo, and control.

The problem now is that, those who have looked at the future needs of energy, did not understand that to look the old energy sources, would not be practical or popular. Further, the demands of the populace for clean energies would not continue to support fossil fuels that endanger Mother Earth.

The current hold by the government, is due to the pressure of those who have had power to raise prices and control the energy. They have misjudged and they are scared. If they can exert power, to slow down the solar use, maybe they can find something to deter this development.
. .well placed rumors can go a long way in causing fear and slowing solar production. Fear can stop the development of other sources of energy. This is the plan.

Given a little time, the grist mills of control will show themselves once again.

Citizens need to be aware and place pressure on their representatives in Congress, to set aside the controls now forcing a moratorium on solar development.
