QUESTION: WEALTHY PRIVATE INVESTORS ARE AMASSING A HUGE WAR CHEST TO TAKE OVER PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS LIKE ROADS, BRIDGES, AND AIRPORTS. THEY ARE DOING SO UNDER THE SLOGAN OF "PRIVATE PUBLIC PARTNERSHIPS." HOW DOES HIGHER GUIDANCE VIEW THIS TREND?

ANSWER: Dear Ones, to be of this "Private Arrangement" is not a goodness. First of all there are those who will charge far above what civilian teams, hired by the government, can. There is also the difficulty that those who are seeking private contracts, will not do as is directed. In their administration, they can do many things that do not bid well. Government inspectors can not catch all of the deviations, especially those that are hidden inside the structure of the projects.
Children, no one can do as well as you can do as employees and citizens working directly for your government. You are ones to have the capacity to do the work well without the building in of excess profits.
When there was a Depression of the economy in the 1930's, President Roosevelt got the country back into good economic condition by hiring the citizens to do these jobs. Now in this economy, when many are without jobs, to take this direction of Private Industry making contracts to do the work, is not good. They are taking money out of your treasury, where you pay your taxes, placing it in their pockets and keeping it. This money belongs to you. Payment to you is appropriate!
It is best for you to stand forth and say, "No", to this privatization of jobs, for your government. This is NOT a healthy way to get the work done that must be done in your country! You deserve the payment and circulation into the public coffers, NOT private industry!!
